The strategy that we as a business chose was: Customer value-based pricing.

We chose this form of strategy because we are a company with elegant facilities and very good quality products. Speaking especially of drinks (wines, beer, prepared drinks, etc.) we have the best brands recognized worldwide for their delicious flavor. We also have the best cuts of finest and most delicious meats, that is why we choose this strategy of setting prices depending on the quality and ingredients that the customer deserves.
And it is also good for us because we are in an area of Monterrey that has a high level of economy, so we know that everyone will be able to enjoy quality food.

From the product mix pricing strategies we choose:

The Product Bundle Pricing because it combines several products to sell at a specific price and we, as a restaurant, need that to prepare special dishes and buffets that the customer sees more appetizing.
And Optional Product Pricing because for special dishes or drinks we sell desserts or alcohol that is especially for that product, but it is not necessary to buy it to taste and enjoy the dish.
